BMW FS is a captive finance company with wholly owned subsidiaries, including BMW Bank and BMW Insurance Agency, and unincorporated business divisions, including MINI Financial Services, Alphera Financial Services, and Up2drive. The lawyer in this position is primarily responsible for providing legal advice for the most critical functions of BMW FS’ core consumer and commercial finance business, which includes providing commercial finance to BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, and Alphera retailers, ancillary products, and related financial services products offered by BMW Bank and BMW Insurance Agency. As a member of the BMW Group Legal Department, the lawyer in this position will also periodically provide legal support for other BMW Group companies and divisions, including BMW AG, BMW Canada Inc., Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA, LLC, BMW of North America NA, LLC, and BMW (US) Capital Corporation.
