Keeping Inventory Mod – is a really simple yet really useful mod for people that want to turn the keepInventory gamerule on, but don’t like to also have cheats on. So instead of you turning keepInventory on and have the itch to give yourself 64 diamonds, this mod turns it on for you! Also you don’t have to turn cheats on. It will automatically enable keepInventory any time you make a new world or log into a existing world.Also in the new update Keeping Inventory makes creepers not destroy blocks. This can be turned off in the config file.There is now a config file located in config/Silly511/KeepingInventory.cfg. This config file allows you to tell keeping inventory whether to turn the keepInventory gamerule on or off, and enable or disable the explosion of creepers.

Download the correct installer version of Minecraft Forge
Run the installer and select ‘install client’
Download Keeping Inventory Mod
Place the mod zip file into the mods folder in .minecraft (if there isn’t a mods folder, create one)
Run the Minecraft launcher with the Forge profile selected and enjoy the mod!
