Announcing the latest version of Paperless Proposal with the ability to flag a primary recipient and use it in the merge documents, auto saving while building a proposal, products now support related files and quite a few other improvements.Please keep an eye out for these new features as they will start becoming available in your account shortly.

Primary Recipient
We are always trying to find ways to make proposal generation faster and easier and with this update it is.  You can now select a recipient as primary and then the recipient information can automatically populate into your merge documents.

If you have merge documents that need the primary contact information to auto populate please contact support@paperlessproposal.com.



Auto Save

It was frustrating when we forgot to hit save and we lost the order of the files in our proposal or the tabs.  Now you will never lose more than 60 seconds thanks to the new auto save functionality in Paperless Proposal.



Related Files for Products
Our enterprise version of our product tool now supports related files.  This is a huge time saver and will make your product quotes look amazing while still being very fast to put together for your reps.

In admin you can relate files from your library to products.  When a rep adds a product the related library files such as PDF files and videos are added to the quote as well.

If this is a feature you would be interested in please reach out to your rep to get a quote on this being implemented.

Other Improvements

Products can now be exported to CSV for easier updating

Contacts can now be exported to CSV from admin

Improvement to custom field support in merge documents including dependent checkbox sets

Scheduled emails will now show pending on both the stats screen and email screen

Ability to disable the download receipt in admin when printing a proposal

Scheduling an email hides the buttons for the other options

The user who owns a proposal is notified when another user adds an internal comment

Market, region, and service are now optional and they can be removed at a clients request

Permissions added to the user to prevent the user from uploading a document to a proposal and adding attachments

The download and print page will now inform you if there are any corrupted documents that prevent the proposal from being downloaded.  Usually this is due to a merge document that has not submitted.  Now you will know immediately and can go directly to the file that is causing issues and resolve it.

View notification emails now include a link directly to the stats pageIssues Resolved

Timestamps on analytics in different timezones has been reworked and should now correctly reflect reps timezones.

Users cannot have the same email addresses.  This should prevent login problems when two users have the same email address.

Downloading an attachment in Firefox opens with the correct program

Fix for uploading multiple Word documents at one time

Fix for having more than 5 videos in Chrome would not play past the 5th
