It is ribbon time again! I am here with the Really Reasonable Ribbon August Blog Hop! You should be coming to my blog from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog. (For the complete blog list, scroll to the bottom of the post.) After visiting me, hop over to the spectacular Ginny's Blog next!

Here is a peeky at the RRR August Ribbon Club Assortment. This assortment is called Colors of Autumn! This is one of my favorite color palettes. I love the colors of fall, which is why I whine and fuss every year because we don't get autumn here in extreme southern California. {boo hiss}

I decided to focus in on the rust colors from the ribbon assortment because they matched perfectly with BRAND NEW Graphic 45 Off to the Races paper collection! I love all the rich colors, offset with bits of pastel peach.

I created at 5 5/8" x 4 3/8" card, that folds out into a mini gift folder. I started out by wrapping the bottom panel with Rust Diamond Satin ribbon. I added a large, triple bow made from Rust Shell Print Satin ribbon.

I added flowers to create a wreath-like focal point around the edge of the main image. I just received the Brown Mulberry Leaves, so I wanted to incorporate those into the mix. I found the horse charm in my stash and thought this was a good time to use it!

When you flip open the card, you see to decorated panels.

Then, when you flip the next panel open, there is a gift card holder and space to write a message! The card is part of the gift! Let's take a closer peek at each panel.

The top panel has that bit of Rust Diamond Satin wrapped around from the front of the card. I created a medallion to cover the place where the ribbon is spliced together. The metal flower medallion had a pearl center, but I pried that off and added a fancy, metal brad to the center.

I wrapped the first inside panel with more of the Shell Print Satin ribbon, and added some small flowers and one of the fantastic, vintage images from the paper collection.

Because I am one lucky bug, I also have the stamps to match the paper collection! I stamped a message onto the inside panel, but kept a bit of paper free for a message.

I used a die cut template to cut out a "treat bag" to hold a gift card. I stamped the horse image onto the front of the bag with brown ink.

Thanks for stopping by today! Now, hop over to Ginny's Blog to see what she has for you!
