Many of the industries biggest boat shows are in the off season but there are still a lot of great small town boat shows held in the summer and even a few large international shows that are worth making the trip for. July 5th -7th Cabo Marine Show

Cabo San Lucas – Baja California

This year will be the 3rd annual Cabo Marine Show, scheduled to take place in the center of the Cabo San Lucas Marina right in front of the Wyndham Cabo San Lucas Resort. This premier boat show is the only of its kind on the Baja California peninsula. In addition to a plethora of exhibitors there will be a shore-side used boat market. The boat shows starts and 3 pm and is free and open to the general public. July 6 & 7th Classic Boat Show

Village Casino – Bemus Point, New York

Each year the Chautauqua Lake twin tier boating club hosts the Classic Boat Show. The event celebrates the history, beauty and fun of classic wooden boats. In 2011 this quickly growing classic boat show grew from 50 to over 70 boats and is expected to become an even more impressive event this year. The event will kick off at the welcoming party held on Friday night at the Lawson Center Boating Heritage Museum. If you are looking for an opportunity to admire quality craftsmanship and enjoy the sunshine this is a great event.

 

 

July 13th – 22nd Dallas Summer Boat Show and Sale

Dallas Market Hall – Dallas, Texas

This busy Texas boat show boasts “great deals” for boating enthusiasts looking to invest in a new toy for the family. This boat show is a great place to check out the latest boat models as well as pick up docks, and all of your boating accessories. It starts at 3pm on Friday and ends Sunday evening at 6pm. July 20th – 22nd Green County RV & Boat Show

Expo Square – Tulsa, Oklahoma

Speed demons of every walk of life flock to this event where boats, RV’s and NASCAR all merge at this show Tulsa, Oklahoma. July 20th & 21st LOMDA AquaPalooza Boat Show

Dog Days Bar & Grill – Osage Beach, Missouri

This is the Lake of the Ozarks biggest family boating event. The popular two-day boat show features hundreds of boats and attracts thousands of people. Friday you can check out all of the new boat models and visit with marina representatives and then Saturday take the family to Dog Days and enjoy live music and lots of activities at this on the water free event. July 21st – 22nd Treasure Coast Marine Flea Market and Seafood Fest

Sheraton Hotel & Marina, Harbor Island – San Diego, California

The Southern California Marine Association hosts this highly organized on the water attraction featuring over one hundred high end yachts, sailboats and sport fishing boats for you to tour. There are also a variety of ski boats, fishing boats and pontoon boats to see. North End of Skaneateles Lake – Skaneateles, New York

All located on the north end of Skaneateles Lake, which is known for it’s crystal clear waters.
