Meizu had launched their first smart phone with an odd name that is Meizu Metal also known as Meizu Blue Charm Metal, but as this smart phone came with great specs along with a very affordable price it soon could create a place in the market for itself. Well that was the beginning for the company, since then the company has brought in many smart phones, that too at reasonable cost. Now it appears that the company is all set to launch another budget smart phone. This is being said because on TENNA’s website we can see the name Meizu Blue Charm Metal 2 also known as Meizu Metal 2 in their listing.
MyDrivers were the first to spot the name Meizu Blue Charm Metal 2 in TENAA listing. Important specs of the phone can be seen in the new TENNA listing. It shows that Meizu’s new smart phone, that is the Meizu Metal 2 sports a 1.8GHz octa-core processor, which may be the Helio P10. It is available in two variants, the first one comes with 2GB RAM having 16GB storage capacity, and the second one comes with 3GB RAM having 32GB storage capacity. The rare side comes with a 13MP camera and on the secondary side we have a5MP snapper. This smart phone comes with a 4000mAh battery and a 5.5 inch full HD screen.
Meizu’s new smart phone will run on Android 5.1. It is believed that the so called Meizu Blue Charm Metal 2 also known as Meizu Metal 2 will be having a full metal body. It is assumed that the fingerprint scanner is installed in the front home button as we find that it does not have a fingerprint sensor in the back. It is found that in terms of specs this phone is almost similar to the Meizu m3 Note therefore we wonder how the company intends to market it as a new phone.
