Kickstarter backers: If you fill out your Very Necessary Pledge Manager in the next day or so, we may possibly still be able to ship your book to you directly from the printer! If you haven't already done so, please fill out your pledge manager.
The Very Necessary Pledge Manager is the ONLY WAY we will know where to send your rewards. Kickstarter doesn't give us your address.
The emails with the link to the Kickstarter Very Necessary Pledge Manager have all gone out. If you backed at a level where you actually get stuff in the mail, you should have an invitation link waiting for you in your email. There's an update with more information on the Kickstarter page.
