I've downloaded all VST plugins and VIP 2.1.1 software.
All plugins (including AIR) got authorised within iLOK and all VST and Component (AU) can be used within Ableton Live 9 Lite.
Except VIP.
VIP standalone starts within my Dock and then closes within 3 seconds without a warning.
I've also installed the VX49 driver and restarted the OS X operating system.
Also removed VIP software and VST, and Component(AU) plugins and reinstalled them from the Installation folder within the DMG image, but without any luck.
Should the VIP 2.1.1 software also be authorised by iLOK? As it's not listed within iLOK. All the other VST plugins are listed within iLOK.
The VX49 midi keyboard was bought yesterday the 21st of December 2016.
So VIP 2.1.1 is not upgraded, but a fresh installation.
I use OS X version 10.9.5 (Mavericks)
Have a 2,2 Ghz Intel Core i7, 8GB 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM and a Crucial BX200 240GB SSD.
After the downloads and installations I still have 15GB of free disk space.
Because I can't find any error, nor in log files nor in Console I am frustrated as to why it's not working.
When running it from console I get:

And this .vst is there, only difference is the missing extended attributes of com.apple.FinderInfo for VIP.vst:
