Job Title: Office Manager (m/f)

Role & Responsibility:

Managing executive-level administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, assisting with travel arrangements, maintaining calendars and assisting with expense reporting

To assist in creating and editing reports and presentation materials

Development of meeting agendas, presentation and other meeting-related activities

Coordinating intra- and inter- company conference calls

Accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts and time recording

Assisting the Managing Director in preparation of appropriate financial reporting packages

Preparation of the payroll accounting

To complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

International correspondence and translation duties

Comply with all relevant company and statutory health and safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent experience preferred

Professional experience as assistant, supporting senior level staff

Proven experience in setting up and managing large complex meetings and conferences

Experience with financial accounting and reporting

Well organized, pro-active, flexible, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all individuals at all levels within the organization

Business-fluent spoken and written English and Indonesian

German would be an advantage but not a precondition

Sound knowledge of MS Office
