Recruitment Account Executive - Resource Team London

First Point Group is a successful leading-edge, international recruitment company offering telecoms recruitment services to our blue chip clients. Due to our sales growth and opening of global offices in Dubai, Mexico City, Dallas, Shenzhen and Hong Kong, we are now looking to expand our sales team.

The role will require the successful candidates to have a confident and persuasive telephone manner. You would be involved in all activities of international recruitment.
Duties will include;

Market Research
Lead Generation
Database Administration
Sales Support
This is very much a sales role requiring somebody with an outgoing and competitive nature. Negotiating over the telephone will be a large part of the role. You will have sales targets and be expected to achieve these.

We pay excellent commission with an attractive package, including an above average holiday entitlement. In addition we have regular sales incentives.
We offer a basic salary of £20,000. We would expect you to be able to earn a realistic OTE of £30 in your first year with no ceiling limit on commission earnings and excellent chances to earn £40K plus in future years within this blue chip recruitment industry. Also provided, is a monthly travel card on successful completion of probation, up to zone 6.
Ideally candidates will have sales background and excellent communication skills. Most important is a desire to succeed and a hard working ethic.
