The Bakken Museum in Minneapolis is a fun and interactive museum to visit. I took my son here and he had a blast playing with all the hands on experiments the museum has to offer. He was a little unnerved by Frankenstein’s Laboratory, but a great time was had.
The museum offers free visits on the second Saturday of the month – November 9 is the next opportunity
Explore our quirky exhibits.
Get a shock from a 100-year-old electricity machine, play spooky electronic music on the theremin, experience Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein in our immersive object theater, and test out some of Ben Franklin’s favorite static electricity experiments.
