The Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the food and beverage operation including planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all restaurant, banquet, and snack bar activities.
• Ensure efficient operation of department, staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Maintains staffing levels as to provide for optimal performance.
• Responsible for smooth, efficient, cost effective operation of the F&B department to include labor management, supervision of all aspects of service, and inventory control.
• Interacts with members frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience.
• Reviews payroll report, controls daily labor costs by reducing staff as business activity diminishes.
• Interviews, trains, appraises, coaches, councils, and disciplines departmental personnel.

Supervisor, Food and Beverage Qualifications:
• Thorough knowledge of all matters related to the proper administration of "up-scale" operation.
• Thorough knowledge of Food, Wine, and other beverages.
• Strong hospitality skills with an outgoing personality.
• Effective management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Significant successful track record of relevant work experience.
• Management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree, additional experience, and/or relevant certification required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
