Responsibilities:- Design, implementation and
maintenance of Cellular Protocol Stack (PS) sub-layers in
UMTS/LTE technology.- Elaboration of related
design specifications.- Implementation of 3GPP
features or customer requirements.- Development of
related host tests in assigned sub-layers.-
Maintenance of PS Software modules and
documentation.- Support of customer support
organisation, integration and test teams (field testing,
operator approval testing).- Analysis of issues
reported by verification or customer.- Support of
System Engineering and Architects in system design and PS
architecture
definition.QualificationsMust
possess Bachelor of Science Degree or Masters of Science
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or
Computer ScienceMinimum
Qualifications:- 3 or more years of experience in
the area of GSM/UMTS/LTE Protocol Stack development in the
mobile cellular mobile industry.- 3 or more years
of experience in design, implementation and module test of
3GPP UMTS or LTE protocol sub-layers and related procedures
in control or data plane.- 3 or more years of
experience in programming C and C++ in MS Windows or Linux
environment for 3G/4G protocol
layers.Preferred
Qualifications:- Knowledge of Finite State Machine
design and related programming techniques in (e.g.
SDL).- Strong analytical, problem solving and
communication skills.- Knowledge of Embedded
systems.- Knowledge in SW configuration
management, SW quality and SW
