Qualifications
Required(Experience, Skills,
Academic): Inside Sales - District
Manager - Small Business- Aptitude for
acquiring selling skills and product knowledge-
Strict prospecting/ Cold Calling Skills- Well
organized with effective time management skills-
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota driven
goals- HR or Payroll experience a strong
plus- Able to work independently as well as with a
team- Excellent oral and written communication and
customer relations skills- Ability to manage
multiple tasks- Mature and self confident with the
ability to work under pressure- Must be
goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed
monthly/yearly quotas- Excellent systems literacy
knowledge - MS Office, Internet and ability to work with a
sales automation system- Will consider 2 year
degree - 4 year degree STRONGLY Preferred-
