Times are tough for all of us! But with this list, you can pick up an item for pennies or even free to help others. I was able to donate hundreds of dollars worth of items last year and I barely spent a few dollars on it!
Here are some things to keep in mind:
-Food Stamps do not cover essential non food items like sanitary products and toothpaste!
-If you are in Somerset county, NJ consider some of the medical needs of the Zarephath Health Center.
-food pantries are in desperate need for cereal in the summer months, because kids who got free breakfast in schools are now home for the summer
