Nadan Chicken pollichathe is one of the healthy fried chicken preparation using less oil. This is one of the delicious chicken dish goes well with ghee rice, steamed rice, chappathi, paratha et. You can serve this as a starter also.

In this recipe….,

Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, edible food color, shallot crushed, ginger crushed, garlic crushed, green chilly crushed, lemon juice and salt. Keep it for ½ to 1 hour.

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Transfer marinated chicken to it. Cover it and cook in 5- 7 minutes in medium flame. Flip it to another side. Cover it and cook it for another 5 minutes. Then add green chilly and curry leaves. Allow cooked chicken to dry and switch of the flame. Now our delicious chicken pollchathe is ready to serve.
