Tonight’s Game Awards presentation showed an evolution for the event’s second year. This year’s ceremony included a memorial segment for recently passed Nintendo president Satoru Iwata, game reveals, new trailers, and of course, an opportunity to honor game developers.

One of the biggest moments of the show came immediately following Metal Gear Solid V’s win for best action/adventure game. The award was accepted by Big Boss actor Kiefer Sutherland, due to series creator Hideo Kojima’s legal entanglements with Konami.

We’ve gathered up the night’s stories and all the award winners (in bold). Update: The RPG category has been updated. According to Nintendo UK, Splatoon also won for best shooter, which we have updated.
