Blanch Bolin Peeler, 91, of Borders Road, Shelby, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at her home.
She was born in Cherokee County, SC, on June 23, 1924, to the late Grover Benjamin Bolin and Etta Louella Bolin. She was a member of Putnam Baptist Church and was retired from Dicey Fabrics.
