Still on the wagon as far as tracking my daily food intake goes.
Hopelessly off the wagon as far as resisting chocolate goes!
I did manage one entirely non-chocolate day though.
Guess which one that was! Baby steps. No?!
Perhaps this week I will manage two entirely non-chocolate days.
So long as chocolate cakes are banned and so too, my gluttonous ways.

On the fitness front: 5 PT sessions and 2 Running School lessons later,
I feel stronger and the sore back's abated :-)
Climbing the six flights of stairs to my flat is starting to feel (dare I say it) easy
Although resistance sprints dragging PT 200yrds still leaves me feeling utterly queasy.
(Improving your anaerobic threshold does that apparently).
What the local private school's parents and kids thought we were up to goodness knows!
But another 5.45am wake up call, here I go xx
