June really is the start of summer, and with summer comes the strawberry season.
I was challenged by Rix to come up with a recipe to help promote their monthly recipe competition, this month the theme is strawberries.
My recipe was for roasted balsamic strawberries with elderflower syllabub, to take part make and blog a dish using strawberries, full details of the competition are here (terms and conditions apply). I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
