We are excited for this fun event! The WNED Kid Fest takes place February 2-3, 2013 at the WNED Studios (140 Lower Terrace Buffalo, NY 14202) This is behind the Adam’s Mark Hotel where there is plenty of free parking.
This year the WNED Kid Fest hours are Saturday, February 2nd from noon-5pm and Sunday, February 3rd from noon-4pm.
Ticket prices are as follows:

$24- Family Four Pass (2 Adults/2 Children)
$12- Family Two Pass (1 Adult/1 Child)
If you need additional tickets they are available at prices listed below:
$9.00- One Adult
$7.00- One Child (Ages 1-12)
Children under 1 year old are free
Get your tickets now because once January 5th, 2013 rolls around the ticket prices go up to $10.00- One Adult; $8.00- One Child (Ages 1-12); Children under 1 year old are free.
Now, let me tell you a bit about the very popular Character Breakfasts: Make it a full day of fun by joining Super Why, Sid the Science Kid, Curious George and Woofster for Breakfast! The popular Character Breakfast will take place at Templeton Landing (formally Shanghai Red), in downtown Buffalo on February 2 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Young fans can hob-nob and dine with the PBS characters, as well as other local mascots. The cost [$28 per adult and $18 per child ages 1-12 (under 1 free)] covers a full buffet breakfast as well as a VIP admission to Kid Fest during an exclusive time from 10:30 a.m.-noon at the nearby WNED Studios.
THIS EVENT SOLD OUT WELL IN ADVANCE LAST YEAR! WNED advises people to purchase tickets now. Space is limited and tickets may not be available at the door.
Keep in mind that all proceeds for this event go toward WNED. WNED Kid Fest is an exciting chance for a young child to see and interact with his/her favorite PBS Kids characters from our WNED-TV roster of award winning children’s programs. Although there are many fairs and carnivals, food festivals, musical performances, and craft shows during the summer months, WNED Kid Fest is the perfect winter event that parents and kids are anxious for by the first week of February.
