The City of North Richland Hills 2015 Sounds of Spring Concert Series kicks off with the area’s best bands taking the stage at the NRH Plaza for 6 Fridays in April and May. Bring your friends and family out for fun, great music and relaxation under the stars this Spring!  Tonight’s show — Rain or Shine — offers a fun concert featuring local favorite Brave Combo. This free family event also includes a kid zone with games and crafts for the kids, as well as food you can buy from a variety of gourmet food trucks.  Seating for the concert is on the lawn, so don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs or picnic blankets.

Get a taste of farm life just steps away from the heart of the city. Historic Nash Farm in Grapevine is celebrating the Spring season with its annual family-friendly Spring into Nash event. Activities include heritage toys, kitchen gardening, cotton planting, farm animals, wagon rides, wood carving demonstrations, jump rope making, wood stove cooking and blacksmith demonstrations. Registration is not required and all ages are encouraged to attend. Coupons can be purchased for activities that require a fee. Concessions will also be available for purchase.
