It’s time to talk about a very different part of Europe. Many of you would probably know about Tenerife, or even visited it, but for those who don’t know much about this fascinating destination, let me give you a short tour!
Tenerife is located in the Canary Islands, Spain, and is the biggest island on the archipelago. It is particularly well known because that is where Mount Teide is located. Mount Teide is a volcano and the highest mountain in Spain.
Apart from all the fantastic attractions this island has to offer, Tenerife is especially great thanks to its amazing weather. It does not matter whether it is summer or winter, you will find it is always nice and warm in Tenerife. And this is something you will obviously not find easily elsewhere in Europe.

In addition to that, one of its main tourist attractions is golf, since it is one of the best places in Europe to play this sport. There are almost ten golf courses along the island, located north to south along the coast. It offers a unique environment for all tourists and professional players. With the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other, it is an ideal place for sport and travel lovers. And like I said, you can enjoy these golf courses all year long!
Since the island is especially equiped for tourism, there is also a huge network of all types of apartments and hotels. But most importantly, there is a huge network of other fun activities to enjoy during your free time such as windsurfing, water-ski-ing, scuba diving, kayaking, mountain climbing and many more. You can certainly find it all in Tenerife. Not to mention the amazing food! Whether you are travelling alone, with your partner or with your family, you will surely find this is one of the best destinations in Europe.
