Our client in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Payroll Help Desk Analyst to join their team on a Direct Hire basis.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established company that is continuing to experience growth. This role is 2nd level support and the ideal candidate will have a strong, practical knowledge of full-cycle payroll including experience in accruals, reconciliation, and HR/Benefits administration. A minimum of 3-5 years of similar payroll experience is required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Benefits Configuration and Support
General Ledger Coding
Payroll Configuration and Support
Onboarding and Applicant Tracking Setup and Support
Training Clients
Assisting with Data Conversions and Imports
Creating Report Writer Reports
Help Desk works directly with clients on implementing and troubleshooting functionality within our Payroll, Benefits, HR, Onboarding, Applicant Tracking and Employee Self Service systems.
Requirements:
3-5 years of full-cycle payroll experience
Proficiency in a Windows environment
Strong problem solving and Analytical skills
Practical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and provide effective solutions
Genuine desire and commitment to serving customers
Experience working in a Payroll, HR and/or Benefits role preferred
