Our Spring, TX client is in need of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a Direct Hire opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global company on a Direct Hire basis.

Purpose of Position:

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services in order to provide a superior service to customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts in designated territory (Mexico for this position)

Answer all inquiries from customer, Sales Reps and Sales Managers in a timely manner

Answer all incoming calls/ check messages and return all voicemail calls promptly

Enter and Acknowledge all orders and quotes with accurate delivery times.

Update customer or agent regarding all delays or changes in lead times.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Review all quotes, orders, dispatches and invoices for accuracy

Review Backlog daily for any possible dispatching and updated invoicing

Enter daily numbers into master log

Aid the Accounting Department in resolving any disputed or unapproved charges

Provide accurate stock levels and lead times for customer inquiries.

Work with freight forwarder in getting dispatches out on time

Record keeping

Log, research and investigate customer complaints

Strive to improve departmental processes, profits and service to customers, while helping to reduce costs.

Fill in information on plant Sandboxes so Sales Managers can determine prices.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Required:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

2+ years of experience in a similar role

Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Knowledge of relevant computer applications

Moderate experience with Navision
