I've always been on the hunt for inspiration during each Fashion Week season - from designer collections to trend watching exclusive street styles, spying off-the-runway finds and beyond.
Fashion designers are constantly switching their game up with the new fashion pieces complimented by stunning hair and beauty collaborations us bloggers can't resist to write / tweet/ instagram about.
I'm lucky enough to get invited to watch some of the catwalks live and even more lucky to take part in creating some of the hair looks whilst working with L'Oreal Professionnel backstage. (here's what went down last season at LFW).

Themed Cowboys and Poodles, AW16 collection is all about cartoons, colourful accessories and candy cowgirls! I'm totally in love with the over-the-top, big and bouncy blow dries too.

The legendary runway hair guru Guido Palau transformed models (including Lady Gaga) with classic 20s inspired finger waves, modernising the traditional styling technique by leaving the ends out for a dual-textured finish with extreme silhouette.

MARY KATRANTZOU
Bold statement MAC Burgundy lips and sharp-edged faux fringes have made the huge come-back at London Fashion Week this season.

The coloured choppy wigs moulded into wild shapes along with minimalistic make-up made this show seriously hard to forget.
Interesting backstage fact: CND nail varnish was used to set and 'freeze' the wigs, 20 bottles were used per look and 400 bottles in total!

Here's where the coolness of the late 80s / early 90s met androgyny - insanely amazing!
The copper mullety bob is definitely the major highlight of the runway.
"There were lots of oversized slogan and hooded sweatshirts, cute mohair slip tops and alluring mini dresses in leather and lace; hems and seams stitched with silver hardware - sexy enough to wake up any dance floor or cover up with the chunky denim jackets and stomp to work in. The shoes are bound to be commercially savvy, too." - Emily Sheffield reports for Vogue.

ASHLEY ISHAM
Ashley Isham found inspiration for his AW16 collection from Igor Skaletsky, a contemporary, young Russian Artist who creates thought provoking paintings and textural collages.
The looks spoke razor sharp tailoring, romanticism and couture-like silhouettes that manifest into something essentially urban and city-ready. The low positioned ponys and glittery face and body paintings contributed an element of dreamily etherial mood and minimalism to the deep palette.
