Image Comics was founded on February 1, 1992, when Erik Larsen, Jim Lee, Rob Liefeld, Todd McFarlane, Whilce Portacio, Marc Silvestri, and Jim Valentino decided to take a chance with an exciting new vision for comics. Since that time, Image has become a well-known name in the industry, publishing such titles as Chew, Chrononauts and Saga. To celebrate this 25th anniversary, all of these founders (save Jim Lee) will be appearing at a reunion panel at Emerald City Comic Con (ECCC), to be held in Seattle, WA from March 2-5, 2017.

The panel will be held from 1:00 to 2:30 pm on Friday, March 3, on the Main Stage at ECCC. To top it all off, the panel will be moderated by current Image partner, Robert Kirkman (founder of Skybound Entertainment). All ECCC attendees are welcome to enjoy this panel (space permitting).

While the reunion of these comics legends is exciting enough, there’s more! The Image founders will also be holding a free autograph signing after their panel at 3:00 pm in the Sheraton Hotel, adjacent to the Washington State Convention Center. However due to the expected popularity of this signing, a lottery is being held by ECCC to determine which lucky attendees will be allowed to participate. You can enter the lottery here. Note that in order to participate in the lottery, you must have registered your ECCC badge and may be required to create a MyShow account.
