CLAMS
The next meeting of the Canyon Lake Association of Men (CLAMS) is the family picnic at Holiday Harbor on June 18, at 6 p.m. The July meeting will be the Cocktail Party at Holiday Harbor.
The CLAMS would like to congratulate four Temescal Canyon High School graduates who received CLAMS scholarships: Tim Lavin, Jacob Zinda, Byron Versteeg and Trevor Cuicchi.
Wakeboard Club
The club is hosting several Learn-to-Ride Days and contests. Events will be held in the North Ski Area. Boats, equipment and coaching are provided by the club.
Learn-to-Ride Days are June 14, July 19 and August 9.
Tournaments are May 10, June 21 and August 16.

Tennis Club

Canyon Lake Junior Tennis League is open to youth of all ages, with the requirement that each prospective player meet with Tennis Pro Baba Soysa for assessment. The Junior League meets every Thursday, 5 to 7 p.m., utilizing four courts. ShowCal Skiers

Travel Club
The Warner Brothers Studio Tour is planned for June 26. It includes two museums and lunch.
Two events are planned for the Candlelight Playhouse: "Smokey Joe's Cafe" musical matinee on August 27 and "Jekyll & Hyde" musical dinner-show on November 6.
A multi-day trip (seven days) to Southwest Canyon Country departs on September 25.
Of the Travel Club's recent events, spokesperson Joanie Sundstrom says, "The spring dance, "An Evening in Tuscany," got rave reviews. The lighting and music was spectacular. The food was wonderful! Thank you to Bonnie Carnagey for a wonderful and perfectly planned evening, as usual! The Getty Mansion and Museum trip was a great day. A very impressive place to be sure! Lunch was very good as well. Thank you to Cathy Buell and Jeannette Williams for all of their usual great planning!"

CLAWS
All Canyon Lake women are invited to attend the Canyon Lake Association of Women (CLAWS) group bunco on the second Wednesday of the month in the Magnolia Room, downstairs at the Country Club. The cost is $10 per player. Participants are asked to bring canned and packaged food for the community cupboard. Game begins at 3 p.m., please arrive 15 mins early to pick up game card and sign in. Fitness and Triathlon Club

Water Ski Club
Residents interested in joining the Water Ski Club are invited to visit canyonlakeskiclub.com for membership forms, information and news about the club. The club is comprised of skiers of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced. In addition to having 365 days of access to one of the nicest slalom courses in the country, the club hosts several ski competitions and community events, including Breakfast with Santa, Polar Bear Day, Learn to Ski Days and the Fiesta Day Ski Show.
Yacht Club

Roadrunners
Roadrunners RV Club dinner meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month. Social hour begins at 5 p.m. and dinner at 6. There are about 115 members representing about 60 recreational vehicles in the club. In addition to the dinner meetings, the group takes between six and eight trips per year. Pinochle Club
New members are welcome to join the Pinochle Club, which plays every Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Senior Center. For more information, call Marlys Shilling at 951-244-4241.
Kids Club
The Kids Club meets in the Sunset Beach Room at the Lodge each Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. It is a program in which young children and their parents or grandparents enjoy a morning of crafts, music, exercise, games, sports and a snack for just $2 per session. Buy a 10-class punch card and get two classes free. Families are invited to check the Canyon Lake Kids Club's Facebook page.
Lioness Club
The Canyon Lake Lioness Club holds a dinner meeting at 6:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month in the Holiday Bay Room at the Lodge. The Lioness Club is part of the world’s largest service organization. Lions Club International is dedicated to helping the sight-impaired and people in need around the world.

Bosom Buddies
The Bosom Buddies mission is to educate, inspire and support newly diagnosed breast cancer patients during their breast cancer journey. Twirlers Square Dance Club
Twirlers meet Wednesday evenings in the Holiday Bay Room at the Lodge. There is a workshop for experienced dancers from 6:15 to 7 p.m. with instructor Vic Kaaria. This is followed by the beginner class from 7 to 9 p.m.

Car Club
The Canyon Lake Car Show is on October 11, and registration forms are available now at the POA and online at www.canyonalakecarclub.com
The Car Club holds meetings the first Thursday of each month at the Lodge. Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the general meeting at 6:30. Learn about upcoming events, listen to guest speakers and share automotive experiences. Finger foods will be served and a 50/50 drawing will round out the evening.
