Prize: Five (32-ounce) cans of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, a small can of soft wax, three books, one workbook, two brushes.
How to Enter: To enter the contest, complete the fields provided in the online entry form, upload an image of your project, and click the “Enter the Contest” button. Limit one entry per person. The sweepstakes will start at noon April 18, 2014, and end at 11:59 p.m. August 31, 2014.
Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States and void outside the United States, and where prohibited. Must be 18 years or older. Employees of Hoffman Media and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Selection of winner: One winner will be chosen by the staff of fresh style magazine from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail to obtain shipping address at least one week after the drawing date. If the winner cannot be reached or does not acknowledge notification within five days of the first attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Only one entry per person. Online entries only.
Prize delivery: Prize will be shipped via USPS within one week of winner providing shipping address.
