Installation & configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows XP, Vista, 7&8)
Configuration & troubleshooting all types of Hardware, Software applications, Antiviruses & Network problems (TCP/IP)
Monitoring & removal of virus
Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and mail backup of Microsoft Outlook 2007/10/13 or Outlook Express Regular data (.pst files)
Remotely resolving application and network problems
Mail configurations through net meeting and remote desktop sharing
Eligibility & Desired Skills:Very Good Communication Skills
Basic knowledge on Computer Hardware Peripherals, Operation Systems & Antiviruses
