* Knowledge in Active Directory 2003 & 2008 as power user.
* Knowledge in Hardware and maintenance including installation , configuring & troubleshooting of desktop issues.
* Configuration & Troubleshooting Email Client ( MS Outlook, Lotus Notes & Thunderbird )
* Troubleshooting networking connectivity & System Performance issues.
* Monitoring all server and Network devices via Monitoring tools.
* Knowledge in Symantec antivirus & end point protection.
* Need to be proactive, energetic and to be a SPOC for any IT escalations.
