Job Description :
Designation : Associate/Sr. Associate in OTC (Order to Cash).
Executives responsibility is to ensure his deliverables like Contracts & Project creation/updation, Expense Report Approval and Invoice generation is accurate and timely. He also needs to participate in any other adhoc responsibility he has been assigned by his team leader.
The incumbent may be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:
1.Creating contract, project and rate template in PeopleSoft. The activity starts with getting CI-PI information from database. Contract/Project set up covers General Header update, contract lines creation, creation of projects and rate templates and linking them with contract lines.
2.Amendment of Contract, project and rate template in PeopleSoft covers creating new contract lines for FMB projects, extending consultant dates, change in rates, addition or deletion of the consultant, changing the name of Time approver, change in Billing address and attention line and working on un priced reports.
3.Timesheet and Expense approval activities covers approving time and expenses of consultants, missing timesheet report, Data time report, validation of unpriced report, running expense report and validation of expense receipts. Ensures that all deadlines are met.
4.Tracks and processes branch invoices. Invoicing activities covers generating proforma invoices, validation and time matching as per PeopleSoft and our spread sheet. Approval of Performa if validated with attachments and making the status ready. Finalization of invoices and forwarding to the concerned people.
5.Answers complex questions from NTT Data and clients regarding invoicing. Acts as liaison with corporate accounts receivable by assisting in resolving complex billing errors or client contract problems. Identifies exceptions and variances in the invoicing process.
