Job Requirements:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 65% through out academics.
* Candidate should be 2015 & 2016 passed outs only.
* Candidate should focus on tactical development and implementation.
* Candidate must have ability to meet SLAs with expected quality standards.
* Candidate should have excellent ability to incorporate software development best practices.
* Candidate should be capable of producing reasonable work estimates.
* Candidate must have ability to identify and promptly escalate scope creep.
* Candidate must also have ability to understand productivity measures and support senior members in improving productivity.
* Candidate must have ability to use all business applications (Chorus, ERA, vPoint, HeaRt, Pulse, Star Team, Leave).
* Candidate should be able to support senior members of the Project team in various Project Management activities.
* Candidate must have basic knowledge of UML
* Candidate must have understanding of at least one related set of technologies & awareness of technical trends
* Candidate must have good ability to comprehend and adhere to coding standards
* Candidate should have good programming, scripting, analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills.
* Candidate must have basic knowledge on Object oriented concepts, Database concepts, JAVA/EE, Spring, Hibernate, Jscript,Junit
* Candidate must have sound knowledge of Computer Science/Engineering fundamentals
* Candidate must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Candidate should have good interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and team working skills.
