Question by Valerie A: “Hot Yoga” makes you taller?
Jennifer Aniston says in First magazine she grew 1/2 ” by doing “Hot Yoga”. How is that possible??

I have done “hot” yoga before as well, also known as Bickram Yoga. It will not make you taller, you don’t just grow from doing yoga…any kind of yoga. However, it will loosen your body up and in turn it could loosen your spine and help correct your posture which in turn will make you stand more erect…therefore it will seem like a slight growth spurt.

I felt compelled to write a review for this product as I find it to be so great. I picked this up at my local food store and figured I'd give it a shot. I was blown away by how a tea could have such an effect. It complete erases my anxiety, makes me unable to get annoyed, angry, agitated or able to begin an argument. Best of all, I don't get an intoxicated feeling. It allows me to still do work and stay completely alert. You can catch a buzz with this stuff too if you brew a bunch of bags, which is similar in a way to alcohol. It will give you a bit of a woozy feel and it will be hard to focus your eyes, but other than that this only retains the benefits of alcohol. You become, for a lack of better words, "chill".
As for the taste, it's rather enjoyable for me. I like mix this with honey, and I even throw it over a bunch of ice cubes to drink it cold. This stuff is AWESOME to drink on a nice, relaxing, sunny day. It makes you completely tranquil and unburdened by unnecessary thoughts, it allows you to concentrate only on what is in that moment, because that's all that ever really matters. I feel like a Hawaiian chill ass surfer just enjoying natural and the sun when I drink this stuff.

I agree with everyone else on here saying that you need to steep 2 bags to get the effect, but MAN...when it hits you, it feels pretty awesome. As someone who's struggles with anxiety (especially when PMS-ing, yikes), this is the first remedy that I think is going to work for me. I've tried herbal supplements and vitamins, which didn't do anything. I made a big glass of this with two bags and took it to work in a tumbler, and sipping it throughout the day completely made my stress more manageable. For long days, I may even take more bags to make at work! It has an instant calming effect, sort of like a mind-numbing feeling for a second (which is good when you have an overactive brain like me), and then you feel pretty relaxed. I love this stuff, and I can't wait to check out the other teas Yogi makes. Sure, having to use 2 kind of stinks because I'll have to buy more, but I think it's worth it if it'll help me.

This stuff is pure bliss. I am able to focus in the games I play with significantly less frustration. When somebody is verbally harassing me, it hardly bothers me.
It smells amazing and tastes amazing. Licorice root is my favorite.
