Educational Qualification-
Junior Executive-Candidate should have done full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical or Automobile. MBA/LLB/B.Com with ICWA/CA.

Manager-Candidate should have done full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer

Science/Computer Engineering/IT. or B.Com with ICWA/CA/MBA full time regular (two years duration) with specialization in Finance.
Deputy Company Secretary-Candidate should have done Graduation & full-time regular MBA or equivalent (two years duration) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PMIR/Labour Welfare.
Age Limit-
Junior Executive-27 years
Manager-32 years
Deputy Company Secretary-40 years
Selection Procedure-Candidates will be selected on the basis of screening and interview for the post of DGM and Written test followed by interview for the posts of Manager and Junior Executive.
