Child Abuse presentation from Major School

This year, Platinum Pools willl be collecting toys for the children served by the Child Advocates. Harris County Child Advocatesplans to serve more than 2,000 children in 2011. “Each Christmas we encourage our customers, employees and friends to help us bring hope and joy to the children of Houston,” says Scott Waldo, president, Platinum Pools.” Through your donations and our own contributions, we can make the holiday season brighter more than 2,000 boys, girls, teens and infants in Harris County.”

Frequent wishes for children of all ages include Fisher-Price and LeapFrog educational toys, dolls, craft kits, books, board games and Legos. Clothing, diapers, winter coats and gift cards to clothing stores are also very much needed among the group, from infant clothing to young adult wear.

Wrapped toys will be accepted until December 21, 2011 at all Platinum Pools' locations, Houston, Beaumont and Victoria, TX. All customers looking to purchase a new pool can receive $500 off their new pool purchase by donating five (5) wrapped toys and redeeming the discount by December 21, 2011.
