Authorities are trying to learn who was inside a car found in an irrigation ditch early this morning.
The incident happened around 8am near 23rd St. and Uvalde, next to the McAllen airport in McAllen.
Investigators tell FOX 2 NEWS, the car apparently crashed into the ditch and was abandoned.
It's not clear how long the car was there before police arrived or if there were any passengers.
Tonight, police are trying to locate the owner of the vehicle.
