BELLEVILLE, IL (KTVI) - Police were involved in a pursuit early Monday morning. It started when police were called to investigate suspicious activity on the west end of Belleville. When officer arrived a truck sped away from the scene at a high rate of speed.
Officers gave chase, and the truck eventually wrecked at 12th and Bond in East St. Louis where one person was arrested.
