SANPETE COUNTY, Utah –A fast-moving thunderstorm through central Utah flooded more than 100 homes Wednesday evening.
Damage is being assessed in the town of Centerfield, about 84 miles south of Provo. Resources from Manti, Sterling, Gunnison Fire and Sanpete Emergency Management Sheriff’s Office are on scene, according to tweets from Centerfield police.
FOX 13 News’ meteorologist Brett Benson said more rain is expected to move through the town during the night.
