Why Credit Cards Fail
We currently have a processing agreement with a United States Bank.
Banks in the U.S.A. do block credit card transactions from countries
where they have experienced a lot of fraud. We understand it is
frustrating at times when this happens. Please understand; It is not us
that is stopping the transaction. We have been made aware of several
countries experiencing rejections. They are the notorious trouble spot
countries for online scams;
Anti Fraud measures that will cause frustration:
You can not process all your team’s credit cards from your computer
at high frequency. The credit card companies (gateway), your card
provider, and the card company, get very upset and block the
transaction attempts.
You can not be more than one thousand miles from your billing
address to successfully pay.
Getting your billing address wrong will surely give your recruits
frustration on the signup page. Get then to find their last card
statement and read the address off that statement. It is surprising
how many times people are absolutely sure they know the billing
address right up until they see they used their P.O. box. oops! The
address and the zip code must be an exact match to the address and zip
code on file with your card provider.

We were caught up on all the STP payment issues yesterday.
Automatic Upgrades – When Is that happening?
Automatic upgrades will start on a schedule to run twice daily. We have
not turned on the schedule since Thursday because we wanted to examine the
member transactions for accuracy before we run auto upgrade. We know you
appreciate our due care in this regard with an equal measure of enthusiasm
for the “switching on” the schedule. We anticipate running the auto update
script either late tonight or early tomorrow (USA EST).
