Hi, donsquires. Yes, I'm still a member of the executive team at SofterWare - 23 years and counting. Are you using the installed version of DonorPerfect or DonorPerfect Online? The Flexible Information Generator is only an option in the installed version of the product. If you are using the installed version, you should still see Flexible Information Generator as one of the options - it hasn't gone anywhere. If, as I suspect, you are using DonorPerfect Online, click on Reports , then Listings , then select Export to File from the list of available options that appears on the screen. Hopefully, this points you in the right direction. If you need further assistance, I'd recommend contacting our support staff (who are much more adept at helping clients with the program at this point than I am - my responsibilities at this juncture are not focused on providing technical support), who are available via phone, email, or live chat, assuming you currently have a support agreement with us. If not, you still have full access to our knowledgebase via the ? icon in the top-right corner of the screen (regardless of whatever screen within DPO that you are looking at) and you can search for exporting help via this resource.
