So was looking at some articles on the Toronto Star website and noticed something a while back.
I asked them about it but they wouldn't respond to my question.
Anyone know why the Star will post slurs against Asians but not black people?
In this Anti-Asian slur article, they print the word "chink" multiple times.
In a previous article about the York region trustee they quote her saying "n-----" with the dashes.
So why is it OK to print "chink" but not "n-----?" -rfd won't let me put that word either
Is it because Asians aren't as vocal as black people?
