Is it possible that the Babylonian Rogues' history will include somekind of a Babel Tower(ish)?
But knowing on how the series behaves and the Babylonian Rogues' background,
it probably would ended up being somekind of a 'Stargate' to outerspace. With a couple of possibilities:
1. The Babylonians' attempt of getting back to the heaven after their fall.
2. Something that attempted to go to Earth instead.
In the first game, the Babylonians fell from the heaven after 'purchasing the Wrath of God'.
Some time after the fall, Jet's ancestors devised the first Extreme Gear, a Magic Carpet.
That they later on used to search for treasures around the Earth.

It is possible that there could be a different Babylonian faction,
that used a different method of gathering treasures around the Earth, and outside Earth.
And this device was later known as the 'Tower of Babylon'.
There seems to be several concepts of this 'Tower of Babylon'.
Phantasy Star Online 2 had in the form of the various structures around the Wapal planet.

The whole thing looks like something from Seaside Hill in 2003/4's Sonic Heroes.
However the beach enviroment is definetly from 2006's Sonic the Hedgehog's Wave Ocean.
It could have come from a cancelled 2013 Sonic game,
that could have been recycled from a cancelled 2011 Sonic game.
(Obviously that it is closely related to Phantasy Star Online 2)
While at first impression, these things look as if they are throwing waters into the atmosphere,
by acting like gigantic decorated water fountains.
On closer inspection, it can be seen that... one is WITHDRAWING materials instead of EJECTING.

So what exactly had happened to Space Babylon / Astral Babylon anyway during the fall?
Well, they were definetly in a state panic, so much that they were willing to shut down their engine.
Maybe they were quite worry on where 'their' starship was currently taking them into?
In the second game, Space Babylon / Astral Babylon does not seem to be self destructing.
But instead, it seems that it is readying itself to warp into another place.
Which 'God Wrath' that the Babylonians had purchased anyway?

It should be noted that 2006's Sonic Riders probably was originally supposed
to be connected with 2006's Sonic the Hedgehog, before the connection was severed in 2005.
Though, is the design below supposed to be pre- or post- the fall?
