It started about a month or so ago and I had trouble with all browsers.Now the video is very slow from IE* or FF 18.0.1.Info for desktop below.
I have fios and tested at SPEEDTEST.NET--d/l 19.6, u/l 4.6,tried it a few times.When I even watch a short video or long one it starts and stop.
