We are a continually growing automotive luxury specialty shop looking for to hire. We specialize in service, repair, and performance enhancements for late model Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen.
Automotive Technician
Job Summary: Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle repair, maintenance, and parts installations as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Diagnose cause of any malfunctions.
- Examine and identify any additional sources of concern.
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Road test vehicles to check work performed.
- Discuss vehicle issues and concerns with customer.
Required Experience:
- ASE Certified or equivalent dealer factory training
- General mechanical skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written English instructions
- Ability to verbally communicate with customers
- Must have valid driver's license
- Manual dexterity, good judgment, and ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
- Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years service experience with Porsche, Audi, or VW
- Ideal candidate will have familiarity with aftermarket parts.
- Willing to train the right candidate that shows exceptional skills and personality.
- Tools and transportation are required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to operate a manual transmission automobile.
- Full time position / 40hrs per week.
- Monday-Friday 9-6pm
Sales Associate
Job Summary: Sales and marketing person will be responsible for handling internet, telephone, and front desk sales. Managing online social media accounts including Audizine, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process incoming internet, telephone, and walk in counter sales
- Assist with scheduling service appointments
- Provide customer sales support
- Maintain internet forum presence
- Handle social media accounts
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and through social media
Required Experience:
- Audi/VW/Porsche enthusiasm a must!
- Experience with Audi/VW/Porsche parts and vehicles
- Understanding of internet forums, Kawf, UBB, Tapatalk, etc.
- Expertise with social media, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
- Experience with Photoshop, Quickbooks, Excel, Word
- Full time position 40hrs/week
- Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
