These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
Promoter
The Promoter of this promotion is SCA Hygiene Products UK Limited (the manufacturers of Plenty) of Southfields Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 3EJ. Any correspondence related to this draw should be sent to this address and marked “Plenty of Prizes Promotion”.
Eligibility
1. This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, TESCO, its affiliated companies, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary (no purchase necessary in NI) and internet access is required. Participants will need an active genuine e-mail address, which must be available for the duration of the Promotion to enter.
3. One entry per unique promotional code. Promotional codes can be found inside promotional packs of Plenty The Original One 2 roll, The Original One 8 roll, The Fat One 2 roll or The Fat One 4 roll. For the avoidance of doubt one purchase = one entry.
Promotional Period
4. The Prize Draw promotion opens at 00:00:00 on 25th January 2017 and closes at 23:59:59 on 7th March 2017. Weekly entries occur each 00.00.00 Wednesday – 23.59.59 Tuesday closing 31/1, 7/2, 14/2, 21/2, 28/2 & 7/3/17. A final additional draw opens at 00:00:00 on 8th March 2017 and closes at 23:59:59 on 30th March 2017. Entries submitted after the final closing time will not be included in any prize draw.
Entry Instructions
5. In order to enter, participants must;
a. Purchase a special promotional pack of Plenty The Original One 2 roll, The Original One 8 roll, The Fat One 2 roll or The Fat One 4 roll (available in selected Tesco stores or at Tesco.com).
b. Visit plentyprizes.co.uk, where there will be an image of the ‘Plenty House’ containing different prizes in each room. The participant can choose which prize to enter to win from the relevant room and then must enter the unique code from inside the promotional pack together with the relevant personal details.
c. Successfully submitted entries will receive an on-screen notification confirming entry into the promotion.
d. There is a maximum of two unique entries per household permitted per week.
6. Please retain till receipt (photocopies not accepted) or online order confirmation as proof of purchase as it may be required for any prize claim validation.
7. Only genuine receipts confirming purchase of a promotional pack prior to the date of entry will be accepted. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine receipts in this Promotion will mean disqualification of entry.
8. If you enter multiple times we reserve the right to ask for all itemised original till receipts relating to all entries in order to validate a winning entry. Receipts must be received within 14 days. Receipts will not be returned.
9. All entries into this promotion must be submitted by entrants in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries submitted via third parties, agents or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means. Any person trying to circumvent the entry process by any method (e.g. multiple names, phones, address or IP) will be disqualified (along with their household and any other associated entries) for the duration of the promotion.
10. Northern Ireland residents no purchase necessary: For NI residents only, please send your full name, email address and NI postal address on a correctly stamped envelope to arrive no later than 30th March 2017 to NPN Plenty of Prizes Tesco Exclusive, PO Box 1182, Somerset, BS26 2WP. Only one entry per correctly stamped envelope allowed and the name, email address and NI postal address must be clearly legible. Please state your preferred prize. All valid NPN entries will be included in the next available relevant prize draw after receipt and ONLY winners will be contacted. Max 2 entries per household per week.

11. There are 432 prizes available to be won in total, 72 per week for 6 weeks. The prizes in each room of the Plenty house will remain the same each week. The prize draws will take place each Wednesday for 6 weeks.
Week 1: 25th January – 31st January 2017 (prize draw takes place 1st February 2017).

Winner Selection
12. Winners will be selected at random by an independently verified process from all valid entries received for the various prize types each week during each promotional week. The prize draws for each of the prizes (72 in total per week) will take place each Wednesday, as noted above apart from the final additional draw which takes place on Friday 31st March 2017. If no entries are received for any of the prize draws, or entries do not meet the number of prizes to be given away the prizes will be reallocated in to the additional final draw.
Winner Notification
13. The winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of each relevant prize draw taking place using the email address provided upon entry.
14. All wins will be subject to verification. Winners will be required to respond to the notification email to confirm acceptance of the prize, validate their prize claim and confirm their details in order to receive their prize. If the winner does not respond to confirm prize acceptance and their address within 28 days, rejects the prize, or is in breach of the T&C’s their prize may be relinquished. In this event, the prize will be awarded to another reserve winner next in line drawn at the same time as the original winner if applicable.
15. Information may be used by us in any marketing and publicity materials which we may choose to issue (at our discretion) and if requested, the winner will participate in any publicity or other promotional activities as we may reasonably request without any further recompense.
16. It is the responsibility of the entrant to check junk / spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 28 days of it being sent. SCA UK is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email is missed / not read because it was in their junk folder.
General
17. The winners’ full names and counties will be available by writing to Plenty Prizes Tesco Promotion, c/o ATOM Marketing Ltd, 3 The Beeches, Beech Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5ER, UK, within 3 months of the promotion closing date enclosing a SAE. By accepting a prize the winner agrees to their data being used in this manner.
18. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
19. In the event of circumstances outside the control of the Promoter should any element of the prize be unavailable, the winner will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value at our sole discretion. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize. If, after this time, your prize has not arrived, please contact the Plenty promotions customer service team at queries@plentyprizes.co.uk
20. Anyone, in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, who is acting in a manner that undermines the operation and integrity of the Promotion or in any way which gives an unfair advantage, will be disqualified.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and disqualify any entrants where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion including using fraudulent means.
22. Any illegible, or incorrectly filled out information will be excluded.
23. Promotional codes are case sensitive and must be entered online exactly as they appear on the pack. Each promotional pack code is unique and can only be used once. Attempts to enter the same promotional pack code more than once, the use of codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any promotional pack codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all claims will be declared void.
24. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The prizes cannot be auctioned or sold and in all instances the participant will be immediately disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to claim back the prize to reallocate to a reserve winner in these instances.
25. By taking part in the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they will be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name and/or image, statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes obtained as part of the promotion.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 28 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
27. Any entries that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid and will not be entered into the promotion.
28. Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
a. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty, failed or errors in electronic data transmissions.
b. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
d. Any injury or damage to entrants upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
e. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.
f. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of winning packs or tickets at any point during the operation of this promotion.

44. The rules of this promotion are subject to the legal and regulatory restrictions imposed under English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
45. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final.
46. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
