Some of my staff keep locking themselves out *sigh*.
However, there's no option to unlock the account, they literally have to sit there for 15 minutes doing nothing until it expires.
I've checked their account is enabled in the admin section.
I've changed their password.
Even with the new password, they're still locked out for 15 minutes.
What's happening?
