Do not post any topics relating to religion or politics.There are many communities on the internet devoted to discussing such topics -- ours is not one of them. Do not post private messages or personal information.All private messages and personal information should remain private. Please don't bump threads to keep them on the top.Bumping a thread without adding content to the discussion (such as posting "bump" or "X") is not allowed. If you wish to discuss a topic, please consider opening a new thread.13. Please do not use languages outside of English in your postings.While we support the play of Devilian in different languages, we encourage all users who post here to use English when posting.14. Don't attempt to police other people's grammar.Your fellow community members may not possess equal language skills. Please don't shame others for how they express themselves here in the community.15. Do not fabricate information or attempt to spread misleading information.Attempts to start false rumors, misquoting staff or community members are not allowed.16. Do not impersonate others.This includes staff, other players, or people from other companies. Any attempts at impersonation of another will result in a severe punishment.17. Do not respond to flame posts in self-defense.Responding to a flame post only makes the matter worse for everyone. Instead, please report the post immediately to our moderators by pressing the "Report a Post" icon in the lower left hand corner of the offending post. They will review the post to make sure it adheres to our guidelines.18. Do not discuss cheating, exploits, hacking, or botting.Any posts relating to these subjects will be immediately removed. A word on Warnings, Infractions, and Bans (both temporary and permanent.)
When your account violates one of the above community rules, you may receive a warning or an infraction on your posting account.Warnings are formal reminders of the rules sent by the moderators. They do not incur any penalty and are not held against your infraction limit.Infractions are actual punishments for breaking the rules. These punishments carry a number of points which may cause your account to become temporarily or permanently banned from the community. Minor violations will carry a smaller number of points, while major violations will carry more.Infraction points are removed from your account overtime based on their severity. Minor violations will be taken away within weeks, while major infractions may take months or may never expire.Should your account reach certain levels of infraction points, you will receive a temporary or permanent ban from the community as follows:
3 Points -- 24 hour ban
5 Points -- 72 hour ban
10 Points -- 1 week ban
13 Points -- 2 week ban
15 Points -- Permanent Ban
If you feel that an infraction, suspension or ban was in error and would like to appeal it, please contact us at community@trionworlds.com.
