My VOD doesn't work with my Tivo Bolt. Initially, the screen would freeze after playing for a few seconds. Now, I get the screen with the information about the CableCard ID, Host, ID, Data, etc. I've called to troubleshoot 2x and the support person tells me they are looking at a few things and during that time transfers me to Tivo's support line. Can you please help? I haven't seen a fix that an end user can do. I've loaded all the latest updates....help!
