There is a $199.99 upgrade option for HD Complete XF Triple Play with a 12 month contract on the website when I'm logged into my account.  After I went through all the setting up it told me I needed to chat with someone to confirm.  This person told me it was not a valid offer.  They wanted me to sign up for full price of $249.99.  Sorry but that is not going to happen!!!  The details of the offer specifically say

So if the website shows it then it should be honored.  This is extremely frustrating.  I also called and was told the same story.  Again one part of Comcast does not know what the other part is doing.
